Welcome to the Offsite Construction Awards

The Offsite Construction Awards are an event that rewards outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products and systems. Founded in 2015, the awards celebrate the offsite industry and promote the benefits of offsite construction as a more modern, sustainable and streamlined way to build.

The event is held during futurebuild in March and attended by a multitude of construction professionals, pioneering every aspect of the offsite industry. This event is the ideal opportunity to maximise industry exposure by demonstrating what separates them from their competitors.

Entering the Offsite Construction Awards allows the most innovative achievements in offsite to be upheld by the industry alongside those considered the nation's best. The winning organisations will be promoted to a national audience, giving entrants the opportunity to make their mark on this economically important market.

Earning 'Highly Commended' or winning an award will earn entrant's recognition within the offsite community, leading to an abundance of fresh prospects for each company.

Offsite Awards 2019

Showcasing innovation and the pioneers who are taking the industry to new heights, the Offsite Awards drew in record numbers this year with over 400 construction professionals gathering to celebrate the best in offsite technology.

Hosted by Mark Durden-Smith, renowned for his quick wit and repartee, the 2019 winners were announced in London on the 5th March 2019.
